I'm having problems working out what you did with the Pro SP1 disk? I've never attempted a repair install on a system with an Anytime Upgrade - especially not with it showing as non-genuine I really think your best option is going to be a clean install of the base OS (home premium) followed by the Anytime Upgrade again
