I would say that SimpleSwap io is quite legit, they've been one of the most simplest exchange I've used There's also no KYC requirement, which does make it a lot easier than normal, but overall, I'm quite happy with them For example it took me just a few hours to swap 3 Bitcoin to Ethereum, for me, that was quite satisfying

I would not recommend changenow io I have some funds still stuck on that swap, and they’re wanting to charge me a ridiculous amount to try to get a refund My interactions with customer service seems like they use random people and their responses are all can response which is completely helpless
