ShopKey is the same as Mitchell Ondemand5 I had been using Alldata and worked great but was paying too much So I subscribed to Shopkey when I got my VERUS and its been Ok Pros: are the wiring diagrams, Best ever!! and Estimating program as well as pricing, its works with the VERUS

Iv`e been having the same issue, i can log into prodemand or shopkey anywhere else but the snapon direct suretrack app on the diagnostic app Please contact tech support, they can help you Might be related to your other issue you posted about

I have been using OD5 for a long time I own a dvd version that is good thru 2007 That is pretty out of date so I have been filling in with Identifix which is not bad for what it is but I need a full info system since I own a Verus I figured I would go with shopkey OD5 because of the nice integration
