Skillbridge is simply your command allowing you to use the last months on your contract to train for a civilian job, so you will be getting paid from the DoD, but if this job training requires you to use your Post 9 11 GI bill then you will be getting a MHA from the Department of Veterans Affairs, which is a separate entity
