If you are referring to DL Sky Club lounge access for DL Gold or higher status (Skyteam Elite+), Delta Sky Clubs require a Premium Select or Premium Economy fare (which are not business class) for access on international flights (or First Class for shorter international flights which don't have Delta One Premium Select cabins)

Skyteam is our biggest gap, there are just too many gates to get through to get the data at scale - we are 100% covered on oneworld and 80% on Star Alliance (with a plan to get to 100%) We probably have a lot of the Skyteam lounges in the directory as the smaller airports will typically have a lounge used by multiple clients
