- I installed Slee Offroad LX570 sliders, heres how it went
I've been staring at pictures of @Ohnoitsbreaux and Slee's 570's and noticed that their sliders "tucked" up a little more into the rockers than mine so tonight I loosened them back up and stuck a jack under each mount I was able to raise them another 3 8" to 1 2" toward the rockers The look nice and tucked in now:

The AHC unit is above the gas pedal and is accessed by removing the plastic and metal dash from under the steering wheel You will also need to pull the air duct out When you find the red yellow and red white wires as instructed in the slee instructions you will want to cut them so that you have plenty of room to solder the override to each end of the cut wires I chose to solder, heat shrink

Both makes a quality dual air compressor mount The Slee mounts have me a little worried placing that heavy dual compressor so close to the brake assembly lines on vehicle that sees a lot of vibration off-road Sdhq mounts to the passenger side Which one did you choose?

I had Slee replace the AHC on my 2000 LX470 with their 1 5" Medium OME lift kit and I'm very happy with it Originally it rode rough, but it wasn't the torsion bars it was the OME Nitro Sport shocks I replaced them with OEM Toyota LC shocks and it rides great! Do you have any issues with extension using the OEM shocks and increased ride height?

The Slee is completely bolt-on and is easily transferable to another vehicle The 4x4 Labs bumper requires that you saw off the last ~5 inches of the frame and once you do that you are commited and the bumper will remain with the vehicle, it can not be reversed or transfered to another vehicle unless the donor vehicle is toast

Dobinson publishes a lot of data on the specifications of their 4” 6” lifted springs Slee not so much Has anybody tried both, with no other changes, to determine if one or the other provided a stiffer or softer ride ?

I was at the Slee shop last week and had a chance to see the new bumper in person I might be a bit biased due to having the original Blueberry bumper on my old 100-series but this bumper looks awesome Anybody interested in a slightly used ARB Summit bumper? Yep Definitely reminiscent of the Blueberry, and subsequent bumper similarities
