Whenever I do a log off, restart or simply turn on the computer, it is extremely slow compared to all the other computers (running virtually the same exact settings) and sometimes can take 10 minutes just to get to the select user screen from power up I'll sit and stare at "saving your settings for at least 5 minutes every day
