Hello friends I work in the tech industry already as a sys admin of sorts I am trying to learn Python as an entryway into branching into the coding software industry I am currently using SoloLearn to take a self paced introduction to Python course and it seems to be going well

I started with Sololearn Got pretty well rounded in the Python syntax but I learned so much more with FreeCodeCamp Org Sololearn doesn’t do a very good job with explaining things sometimes Luckily there are experts in the comments that do help you when you’re stuck Mimo I think helps you memorize the Syntax better when using it on desktop they force you to type every answer in rather

SoloLearn is kind of like a toy, or a bait into more serious learning As an individual resource it is my feeling that it doesn't do a good job beyond language syntax for any of the languages it supports Part of that is just the nature of being a phone application, though

Is Sololearn worth it? Currently using sololearn to learn HTML, CSS and Javascript It’s not been going so bad and I’m making really good progress, but a question bothering me is, is the certification I earn recognized by employers? I actually recommend sololearn for those who wants to learn on the go But tbh sololearn is not enough cause it's just an intro of things u want to learn Pro is not worth it Better to use Sololearn for the introduction of stuff + other resources (such as w3schools, freecodecamp, etc etc) for much more complex things
