Hello VogelArchitekten , Thank you so much for your answers I took sometime to research on this matter and came to know that, the issue is specific to firmware version 6 5 4 5 in which a bug is already filed with our Engineering team where patched firmware's are available for different SonicWall models to address the issue

I just ran into this on Netextender version 10 3 0 (21) I resolved it by doing 2 things Not sure which thing fixed it I first went into Control Panel, add remove programs and did a Repair on SonicWall NetExtender I should have tested it then, but instead I went into Services and Restarted the SonicWall NetExtender service

Hi @ChrisWheeler8700, edit the local user entry on the sonicwall there should be an option to unbind the otp,then get the user to login to the virtual office page and re-scan new otp if the former isn't an option and the user is an LDAP user ( this is presuming that you enabled OTP for the AD group in the local user group which is being used for SSL VPN), delete the user from the local users

Thank you for visiting SonicWall Community The SSLVPN or GVC throughput normally depends on the bandwidth at SonicWall installed location and VPN client location respectively IMO, you should be able to get between 1 3 and 1 2 of the lowest bandwidth on either side
