Overall, my experience with Sophos is good I've been supporting firewalls for a very long time in the MSP space and they all have issues I'm pretty good at SonicWall but have had Sophos Firewall Architect, Engineer and Tech certs for years which really helps with troubleshooting and config issues
- Am I just being a little too paranoid? Or is Sophos just that bad . . .
If you think Sophos is bad you should the hell that is dealing with McAfee, 5 months into a deployment and we still aren't complete because it is just alerting on benign stuff and spamming events and McAfee are useless at offering guidance on what to turn on or off I watched a java update trigger 25k alert events on a single PC, it took 5 hours for the EPO console to catch up handling them all
