Overall, in terms of general words for committees, I would follow the definitions in Reina de la Aldea's comment (#2) and use those terms, rather than 'professional' or 'specialized ' If the committees for auditing or compensation meet regularly and will continue to exist until there is a change in the organization's by-laws or the operations
