Websites take far longer than usual to load up (about 10 seconds just to load up facebook), however when I run a speedtest on speedtest net, it says my ping is 10, Download 850mbps, and upload 50 mbps My PC is very solid too, 3080ti gpu, 11700k cpu, 64gb ram, etc

Maybe speedtest was just overloaded at the time, or the unique pathway to it was congested, or they are capping free tests or whatever And fast com was not busy, or closer to you, or whatever Like all tests, the bigger and more varied the sample size, the closer you'll get to your true results

I generally use iperf to do local testing to make sure things are working correctly on my end and then use the Speedtest net CLI to test out to the internet I usually manually set the test server to be one hosted by my ISP since it’s testing the shortest path and there’s not much you can do about how your ISPs interconnects to other networks tbh Using the one closest is the closest you

The problem is the non official implementation of speedtest cli on FreeBSD If you use the official speedtest cli from speedtest net you get much better results I also build a widget so you can trigger a test on the pfSense dashboard with a button, and if you just go to the dashboard see the result and test date time of the last executed test

Ran a test on both the google speed test and speedtest net, and I'm getting 303 9 Mbps download and 0 02 Mbps upload The download speed is slower than usual, and the upload speed is virtually non-existent I've tested it on multiple other devices connected to the same network and they are running fine, it is only on my computer I am connected through wifi, and I tried an ethernet connection
