No Spelunking has a Replacement effect So, if you control Spelunking and Farseek for a Cinder Glade If you do control 2+ Basic Lands, now the Cinder Glade will enter untapped, because of Spelunking If you don't control 2+ Basic Lands, now you have 2x Replacement effects (Spelunking and Cinder Glade), which would affect how the Land enters

Spelunking is a replacement effect, a land stating that it enters tapped is also a replacement effect (only if the land states it, it doesn't work for lands that would normally enter untapped but enter with an effect that says to put them into play tapped like Grazer) Because there are two replacement effects you get to choose one

I don't think any card combines all of Spelunking effects [ [Archellos, Lagoon Mystic]], [ [Amulet of Vigor]] and [ [Tiller Engine]] have the land untapping part (or close enough)
