So I was able to put together the cyano spirulina test before leaving for work this morning I used 2oz of tank water, some of the reddish brown algae strands and I added 1 2oz h2o2 3%

Chlorella, spirulina, and *other phytoplankton would work well! It may be cheaper, however, to use spirulina powder that you buy A small amount goes a long way towards gut loading the BBS, especially since it's dry!

Copepods will eat spirulina but it can add tons of phosphate from my experience yeah that was the only thing I could think of was for copepods to munch on Still uncertain about the paracoccus powder though…
