Spontaneous infection should only occur on Casual mode so if you have made the step up to Normal or higher, you will stop seeing this To clarify, SI doesn't include random infection by Birds, Contaminated Blood etc (but the chances of these occurring are lower on higher difficulties)

The Magaambyan Telepath archetype for Psychic in Call of the Wild Kingmaker is kind of like that You may only get 1 Druid spell per spell level, but honestly, that's enough for me If you choose the right spells, it feels like spontaneous nature caster because there's also some overlap in the Psychic and Druid books to begin with
