The Spontaneous Infection event isn't in Normal Mode or higher at all The random infection events (bird migration, contaminated blood packages, etc ) are, but have a lower chance of happening on higher difficulties It's supposed to be a rare occurrence, so basing a tactic around it might be a little risky!

The Magaambyan Telepath archetype for Psychic in Call of the Wild Kingmaker is kind of like that You may only get 1 Druid spell per spell level, but honestly, that's enough for me If you choose the right spells, it feels like spontaneous nature caster because there's also some overlap in the Psychic and Druid books to begin with
