I have had my unlimited service that I pay monthly for quit at 500 pictures I both called and worked with online help and it now seems that every month it stops at 500 They told me I need to reset the camera and reformat the SD to get it to work but I refuse to do this every month Anyone else

Spypoint Link-Micro-S purchased this camera on 11 29 22, it's been out since day one, the internal re-chargeable battery went from 100% to a low of 52% and the solar panel would charge it back to 100% during the summer months This year 23 month later I started having issues and got to chatting
