the past few days or weeks my scanners have went dead for the starcom channels for central IL like Decatur, Springfield, Champaign etc State police dist 6-9-10 which have been working for years have now disappeared apparently they have moved to other frequencies So my question for help can

Scanning Starcom through the database can be annoying with all the stuff you don't want to here and sites that are not in range you All my radios are done this way no ENC TG's in my scanners besides the database systems

This morning I was doing some updating to my SDS-100, and noticed NWCD was unusually quiet Now, I've always made it a practice to put any and all encrypted talk groups on permanent avoid so I can hear all the TGs that AREN'T encrypted Up until late last night, I was able to hear the public
