I really jumped the gun with this order, I will definitely take weeks to consider different breeds and options next time Also, I will definitely research hatcheries before ordering from now on! Please help me out guys, is Stromberg's a reliable hatchery, or should I go back to McMurray?

Strombergs doesn't hatch anything ever They completely drop ship all of their birds They haven't hatched anything since the 1970's Most of the hatcheries in this country drop-ship from Ideal If there are not actual, unique pictures of their own stock in their catalog or website, then they are drop-shipping from somewhere Also the real hatcheries have pictures of their incubators on their

Why does it matter? Birds don't have to be vaccinated to be healthy I never vaccinate my birds As far as health, I don't know Strombergs doesn't breed them, as they don't have the space (and patience!) for pigeons Instead, breeders supply their birds So it would come down to the breeders stock, care, etc if the birds are healthy

The only thing I don’t like about Strombergs is that you have to buy in increments of 5 I can’t get just 1 Buff Orpington I need to buy 5 even if I just want 1
