Hi, I have a UV flatbed printer Erasmart UV A5 that has an epson L800 printhead, I had problems before and had to change the printhead and suction pump, now it seems that white dots come out when printing on clear acrylic, does anyone know what could be happening? Clarifications: - Use Acrorip

Suction cups will work and will hold over mullions too This one was a polyester fabric banner but we've done it with regular 13 oz vinyl scrim banners too We use ones that are 2 5" diameter OK - thanks! Good to see they actually work

A powerful clean will often draw enough ink into the hose to print for a while as it uses a lot more suction than printing does Also when you replaced the damper, did you fit a new o-ring to the hose as these can fail over time and let air in as well

Setting the size in Summa Axis Control: It concentrates the suction to the smaller piece's width along the right side (origin side) It does not work for length so that option is useless- I talked to the tech who set ours up He said its basically 1 wall that moves inside from the left (wider materials) to the right (thinner) Also, if you try to cut 11 5x23 5 out of 12x24 it doesn't have

We started the surfacing in the center and cut outward My assumption is it had a surface tension issue that caused the whole board to buckle and it lost its suction from the vacuum table Needless to say it ruined the sheet of MDF Any one have thoughts on how to avoid this?
