Make sure you have the Sunpass app with you, and that your transponder is linked in the account When you rent the car with Alamo, go onto the Sunpass app and fill out the 'rental car' portion, where you'll enter a license plate, make model of car, and fill in the expected expiration date (so you don't need to worry about your account being open when you return home) Then you should be good

I have my own sunpass transponder I do use it for rental cars when I have one in FL My transponder overrides the system in rental cars and takes the toll from my transponder I had a mini one first 4 95 and got credited 4 95 first time I used it The problem you can't go from car to car, and wanted to drive our other one this year, so I bought the 25 00 one and now I can go between both cars
