Hi Major226 In the alphabetical list of applications on your Start Menu, find Dell Support Assist Right click that and choose 'Pin to Start' that will put a new tile on your Start Menu Drag that new tile from your Start Menu onto your Desktop to create a shortcut If you want that on your Taskbar, drag the Desktop icon to your Taskbar and delete the shortcut form your Desktop
