Every time someone posts about the surfline subscription I take the opportunity to hype it I use it in conjunction with windy and noaa data and have scored around the world on surf trips and strike missions I highly recommend the app because it took my surfing to another level, plus the cams are fun and useful and the content is good Is it perfect? No, but it serves it purpose The haters

exactly surfline is basically a streaming service and on the day of swell I can check wind conditions across multiple local spots via the cams Theyir forecasts are so insanely bad and innaccurate since they updated, at least for my area

Been subscribed to Surfline for a while b c I live vicariously through others surfing (especially during quarantine) My favorites are bay area (my area) and north shore, but it seems like in the bay area, a camera goes down and never comes back up every few weeks OBSF (my fave spot) is down to like 2 cameras, and the pacifica overview (aka kook highlights) went down a week ago or so as well
