Do not use "Synchrony Bank Credit Cards" for CareCredit, Lowe's, or JCPenney Instead, add one of the accounts as named (I used "CareCredit") They all use one website now and the same login So when I did this, the option to add the other two came up with the pull-downs to "Add account" or "Link to existing"

I've been using Quicken for Windows for >10years and I download my transactions daily from a multitude of financial institutions, including Synchrony Bank For the past few weeks, the downloads from my Sam's Club MC (Synchrony Bank) have been in qbo (Quickbooks) format and will not import to Quicken

I was able to set up a Fleet Farm credit card (Synchrony Bank) new account using Guitar Center and CareCredit Both connections worked, downloading the same transactions I then created a beginning balance transaction to tie out to current ending balance

Even though Synchrony Bank issues their credit cards (they issue many, many cards for retailers), there are separate and individual websites for each of them And you should be able to set-up, connect to them, and download transactions
