- Tail light out but all else working. . . its not the bulb.
I have a 97 TJ that has the left side tail light out - brake and turn signal works, changed the bulb without effect I pulled the assembly off and unplugged the flat plug, had continuity on the third pin from the right (4 pin holes, only 3 pins, the one with continuity WITH the light switch pulled was the one next to the empty pin socket

My 06 Lj had a problem the other day that left me stranded After filling up my tank I got on the highway and my jeep died while driving Pulled over to the shoulder and jeep would not crank over Had the jeep towed home After looking it over I found the ASD fuse had blown Replaced the fuse

I've read disconnect battery cables and touch for 10 minutes, disconnect neg cable and turn key on off 3 times and disconnect battery cables and leave lights on for 10 minutes Which one or better method? Or do they all work equally well? mm
