To answer your questions the natural lug sole is the same hardness as the JG sole There are two types of JG soles, the original which is like the Vibram V100 lug sole so very hard and not soft and the new JG sole which does use a softer rubber

As of now I'm between the Mini-lug, Lug, and Oringo I have heard that the Mini lug sole is made of the same material as the Oringo, however the recent Jim Green video on their channel mentioned they were going to alter the material to make it harder more durable

The frog grip sole is definitely a softer rubber than the JG lug sole and maybe even softer than the AR wedge sole too It's approaching Doc Martens softness but I don't think it's quite there
