Tentative is simply a means of communicating that your “intent” is to be in the meeting It places it in your calendar and shows in your free busy checks that you intend to be in the meeting, but leaves the door open (so-to-speak) that you may not for some pending reason

It looks like the blue dashed bars ‘Tentative’ means, the meeting is forwarded to that account, and not accepted Because after accepting the meeting, the bars changed to solid Purple ‘Busy’ So if I’m correct, that’s the only options It won’t show who forwarded it or any details

(I see this option in the Powershell output below What I don’t understand is why, when the delegate approves it, the meeting still shows as tentative even when all others have accepted ) We haven’t seen the attendant block any conflicts even though the Calendar Processing seem to indicate that this should be denied
