If you have different tires on the front and rear - the CR-V will be squirrely in non dry driving My tires say max of 48lbs - sticker says 32 lbs - I do 36 all around The OEM tires had a max of 42 so 32 was what Honda said at 48 lbs CR-V was all over the road - at 36 handling is perfect - better than at 32

The Gen6 CR-V doesn't show individual tire pressure It simply compares all four wheels so they are running at the same diameter (same tire pressure) We don't have TPMS Sensors in the wheels so it doesn't read actual pressure This is why you have to re-calibrate after any pressure changes you make the system needs a reference

What ever you saw was not tire pressure The Honda system does not use sensors in the tires to read pressure It works strictly on comparing the rate of tire rotation on each axel If one wheel starts to rotate at a different speed than the other it turns on the low pressure light You can buy an aftermarket device that will show you tire pressure

The tire monitor will come on if a tire has 3psi difference Or if they are under 32psi or over 40psi keep in mind that driving at higher speeds for any amount of time increases pressure due to tire temp If your alignment is off it causes a single tire to increase pressure rapidly
