Yes! I've had this chase card since forever? 10 years? but since last October, trying to log in using a web browser leads me first to a duplicated login screen, and then the message "This part of our site isn't working right now"

Chase gives the option to check the box “use token” but I can’t find anywhere on how to setup a token or anything like that Alternatively I wouldn’t mind using google Authenticator to generate codes, but I much prefer a physical token anytime I need to login Anyone have experience with this?
