Just an important thing to note from another Philly native, The "whiz" used by most top cheesesteak places is not Kraft cheese whiz While it is still a yellow, processed cheese, it does not have near as thick and definitely less grainy texture to the kraft in a jar stuff Theirs is actually solid at room temperature but liqufies more when heated
