House size is about 1225 sq ft , and not well insulated (MAYBE r-11 in the attic), and I lose heat somewhat quickly I'll be working on the insulation The stove we have now is about 2 4 cu ft , and does a good job keeping the house warm, so I'm thinking a similar sized stove would fit the bill

The modern stoves have a beautiful view with the door closed to, the glass stays nice and clean if it's operated properly I have a fireplace and a stove, well 2 stoves I use the stove to heat the house and the fireplace on spring and fall days, when it's just a little chilly I love having both and highly recommend it!
- How far can I run copper tubing for propane? - Hearth. com Forums
around here there is typically a regulator screwed into the tank, a 3 8" line going to the house, and another pressure regulator at the house going to bigger lines inside the house I don't know why you would have 5 8" going from the tank to the house, but if you do then you may have different pressures than are used here
