IIRC Pach Store was more intended for collectables with some budget sabers that were stocked The Ultimate Works company was launched for more higher end sabers and is owned or majority owned by the same person (Aaron Lin) But by that point everyone already frequented Pach Store more so they just listed UW sabers on Pach as well
