My Thermoworks Smoke from 2018 is starting to be glitchy and I may need to consider another thermometer platform After reading some recent reviews of the RFX, I have some questions that I was hoping could get some real world answers from those that have them I know they are pricy, but everyone that had them said in another

Thermoworks does offer waterproof probes for the Smoke, but the max temp is 500 degrees, not 700 like their normal, non-waterproof probes

I purchased a ThermoWorks Smoke to get a more accurate temperature and the pro-series needle probe I also have a Weber grilling basket, Weber grill brush, and the Grillart steambrush I've tried all sorts of pellets and wood flavors and my family mainly likes the Traeger signature blend I have a meat injector and shears for poultry
