I have been trying to apply for my CCL, but it keeps saying the CCTID number is incorrect for the instructor specified, I have also tried to give their customer service number a call but all it says is they are experiencing a high call volume then the line disconnects Any help would be much appreciated Thanks

I have the combination CCL FOID it has no expiration date On the portal it shows they both expire on the same date, I have taken the CCLrenewal class, when the time comes do I need to apply for renewal on both the CCL and the FOID?
