Everything works on it, but I want to replace the thumb switch with one that is in good shape I know that I need to drill out the pin that holds the lock tumbler but once that is out how do I take out the internals? It looks like there was a flat head slot on the top, but it is only a 1 16" deep I am open to any advice on this one

If you wrap your thumb around the vacuum advance and your index finger around the distributor your index finger will be pointing in the direction of rotation Don't be surprised if you have to bring the engine up on compression and drop the distributor in more than once to get it right and in the right spot
