Yes They mean different things "Every third Thursday" happens once every three weeks "Every third Thursday of the month" happens every four or five weeks Starting at the beginning of September (which happened to be a Thursday) every third Thursday would be: 1 Sept, 22 Sept, 13 Oct, 3 Nov - on Thursday, every three weeks Starting at the same time, every third Thursday of
