We booked a City Tour and Swiss Alps Tour The tours were terrible Everything was rushed, no time to shop or enter churches which were part of the tour Included was the Lindt Chocolate Factory tour which required a ferry ride We had to walk about a mile to get to the ferry, then walk another mile through a park to get to the Factory
