With Tovala, you get raw protein of some sort and put it in one single use aluminum tray, add spices and sauces, and put it and the side in the toaster oven And then between 13 and 20 minutes later, you've got a cooked (not reheated) food

Tovala is much smaller Tovala lacks steam level specificity and instead is controlled simply by specifying amount of time in each mode at a specific dry bulb temperature While I can get some good results from the tovala it really doesn't compare if you are wanting a combi oven or the specificity of such

Yeah I tried it because my air fryer toaster died and the Tovala oven was like $50 as long as you do 6 food deliveries in 6 months I did 2 deliveries and really didn’t like them

The Tovala aluminum trays are about 4x5 inches by 2" deep (Not able to measure one now ) A pie tin would be fine Maybe line it with foil, or spray it with a little cooking spray or oil first You could see what a regular recipe says about time and temp, but if I had to improvise, I would set the oven on bake at 375F and check it after 15 minutes
