Which transmission do you have, is it the manual or automatic (CVT)? If it's the CVT, the dealer should have also replaced both filters when the fluid was changed If the cooler filter (small paper filter, accessed from under the battery tray) was never replaced, it may be contributing to the problem and causing what is often called "Judder"

I have a 2013 compass sport with the 2 4 and a cvt transmission with 4wd I can’t figure out for the life of me if it has this “off road crawl ratio” or not I’m looking for a replacement trans for it Also it has the auto stick if that helps
