Trout and Salmon stocking next week!I fished it again yesterday late afternoon evening No flags, was very slow Dem put out a message that due to the cold they postponed the trout stocking hopefully they get back after it I fished from the beach and out towards the boat launch Ice was good 8-10 inches in the holes I measured I couldn't believe no hold over trout from spring or fall

No trout permit needed in PA if you turn 100 yrs in 2025 I do feel that I am being forced to purchase a trout stamp, if I wish to fish any wild trout streams, I am required to have one I am also required to purchase one to fish for lake trout in Lake Erie By the way, both previous examples require zero stocking by the PFBC, so what am I paying for?

Last few times I’ve icefished Sebago jigging for lakers (last time was three years ago) it’s been over deep water like 160-190 feet where they were one the bottom gorging on alewives I would tip a 3 8 ounce round
