Overall, UNR is the better school but UNLV does have some areas they do better than UNR UNLV is much more of a commuter school, without as much of the traditional college campus life that UNR has Geographically, Reno is far superior Take the 1 credit snowboarding class, when I did it was way cheaper than buying lift passes every week
