I recently made an order to Jetpens They sent me the wrong notebook and sent two pens instead of one All of the aforementioned items were charged and today I emailed them to get a return ticket So now it seems I paid for the outgoing postage to me and I’m going to have to pay for the postage back to them in order to get a refund I just don’t think that right Has anybody had this

JetPens is working fine for me I just ordered from them last night I’m not a computer whiz Maybe clear your temporary files restart? Or uninstall reinstall your browser? Maybe whitelist the site on your virus protection site too? I don’t know much about this, usually a friend helps me, so unfortunately I can’t give any more directions than that
