I don't know that "Unisom" pills, but for me only 50-75mg of hydroxyzine can make me sleep well, but hydroxyzine has a bad thing that make you sleep too much

I don't have any prescribed sleep-aids or benzos, so I've used Benadryl and Unisom I normally take around 100mg of Benadryl and 75mg Unisom and some Nyquil (I end up snorting 25mg of the Unisom because I think half my addiction is the snorting)
