Vevo check is to check your visa details and entitlement So if you are talking about the case where you are foreigner and do not have any valid visa at all good luck, and I am off this discussion Royally dodging POOL requests since 2018

According to this it says they will conduct the Vivo check only if you can't provide proof of citizenship So something is hinky on your signup process and the machine isn't going to get it working, it's going to take human intervention

Hi DanRuben - I had exactly the same problem as you did So for Australian Uber delivery drivers you will need to go to Uber Background Checks | National Crime Check which is the National Crime Check (NCC) and scroll down the webpage to select the appropriate section for yourself either "Uber Eats - Start Now" or "Uber Rides - Start Now" there is also "Uber Eats NZ - Start Now" as well

In the 'Account Documents' section of the app, there is now a category for 'VEVO check' with an expiry date for said documents I am assuming that I am not the only driver that this has been sent to otherwise that might be interpreted as discrimination
