Well Vibe lovers, this story has come to a conclusion It took a lot of work on the car to figure out what it was but it was a bad front oxygen sensor I have no idea why because the code was P0138 which is the code for the rear sensor but after much gnashing of teeth it has been solved and I hope this helps other people with this issue out there

- DTC P0420 - No Driveability Issues - GenVibe
My Vibe (2003, with 97k miles) recently started throwing a CEL It did it twice in the past month, where it went off within a couple of days It did it a third time last weekend, and the CEL has stayed on since I took it to AutoZone, and had them read the code - P0420 "Catalyst System Low Efficiency" No other codes came up, and there are no driveability issues Fuel economy has not changed
