Hi, Today, Sunday 28 July, email being sent via iCloud web, MacOS and iOS email apps is not coming through to recipients In the MacOS and iOS, it's any account (iCloud, Outlook or Gmail - yes, I have 3 email accounts, my main one is iCloud- They are moved to the Sent folder, but recipient doesn't receive them

I use outlook com for some of my email accounts When I configure it on the generic mail app I can only sync back 1 month So how can I grab older emails, especially when in folders in the account? Using the outlook app I can see all the emails no matter how far back they go

The basic difference is that Outlook com is a Webmail Online E-Mail feature used in Web Browsers while Mail is an installed E-Mail Client, part of Windows 10 Outlook com and Hotmail have merged into Outlook – free personal email and calendar from Microsoft which can be added to Favorites bar or Bookmarks Favorites folder in a browser

Lost emails older than October 16, 2012 after being upgraded to Outlook com I was switched to Outlook, I have never changed any settings, I pay for Hotmail Plus in order to avoid this very issue
