Vystar first line chat support said that they were notified of a problem with Quicken access this morning As a test, I tried adding a new Vystar account to Quicken, and that also rejected valid login credentials Vystar chat support said that they are hoping for an end of day resolution 🤞

Vystar support didn't want to commit to a date but gave a worst case scenario of 6 months However, they provide a way to download CSV transaction files from you account Check out the posts here for "Vystar", there is one about importing CSV transaction files into Quicken

So, I performed an add of the Vystar accounts and got: which did not allow me to add the Vystar accounts So I deactivated all the Vystar accounts and retried adding and got: This linked all the Vystar accounts correctly and downloaded the latest transactions So it appears the download worked today after re-adding the Vystar accounts

If indeed VyStar is ready to support DC, again, then VyStar needs to contact Intuit to get the FIDIR (Financial Institutions Directory) list updated The FIDIR controls in Quicken which financial institutions can download into Quicken, by which connection method and for which accounts and Intuit controls what is included in the FIDIR list

Hi @DirtRidin, This problem could be related to use of Vystar's online bill payment feature, So I suggest that you do the following: 1) Backup your Quicken datafile - just in case; 2) Open each VyStar CU account in Quicken one at a time and do the following steps; 3) Click on the "Gear" icon in the upper right of the screen and select "Edit account details"; 4) Click on the "Online Services
