Technically, overnight parking is not allowed besides the designated spaces at WMATA P Rs -- and that may be enforced over the holiday weekend, since July 4 is a very busy holiday for Metro However, other P Rs operated by Maryland , Fairfax County , Arlington , etc definitely permit overnight parking

I also think the WMATA is bigger than the CTA but the CTA+Metra is bigger than the WMATA This is every individual transit agency listed in each urban area, even the small ones So Chicago, LA, SF, DC for example each have double digits transit agencies operating in their urban areas
