They didn't move TSB accounts (77) to Lloyds sort codes (30); they continued to use the existing ones, both 30 and 77 When the "new" TSB was created in 2013, the sort codes went with the branches, so both Lloyds and the new TSB have some branches with a 30 sort code, and some with a 77 sort code

He has very many old paper share certificates from about 1999 to 2007 in Lloyds TSB Looks like he has had 2 initial holdings(one came from TSB shares before the companies became one) Interestingly in the same name but slightly different addresses which would explain why he gets 2 lots of agm account papers Seems he elected for "more shares

According to Wikipedia, Lloyds TSB Group changed its name to Lloyds Banking Group in January 2009 so the first thing you might want to do is look into what shares you actually have (and how many) and also look into whether the subsequent Lloyds and TSB demerger had any affect on that, too
