For some reason when I try to log into my NACA webfile it just says “invalid entry” Could this be due to the recent IT changes? On my webfile it says credit access request Does this mean my file was actually submitted to credit access or is it in the process? I called member services and she said they are still waiting for the employment verification, but my company uses a third party site I paid the $45 in the office for them to download the form I called the company and they confirmed the verification request was

– webfile interface shows different information for members and NACA personnel – there is no way for NACA members to report deficiencies of webfile or IT issues

If you print the statements from the website they will have the url then you can scan them into your computer and email to your webfile

I got conditions and the mortgage commitment letter from my closing coordinator a few days after submitting the Bank application and I saw the conditions on the webfile
